Yes. Meetings come with your 3CX licence, with no separate per-user meeting subscription. Up to 100 people can join on 3CX PRO and up to 250 on 3CX AI, and we match the edition to the meetings you run.
What do guests need?
A current browser, a good internet connection and permission for their camera and microphone. They don't need an account or an app.

Yes. Let participants know you're recording, and choose who can watch the recordings and for how long you keep them.
