Is video conferencing included with 3CX?
3CX includes video conferencing without a separate per-user conferencing subscription. Participant limits and collaboration features depend on the edition and deployment; the proposal identifies the capacity included in your service.
What do guests need?
A compatible browser and a stable internet connection, with camera or microphone permission to use them. Video also needs sufficient upload capacity. Guests do not need their own 3CX account.
