Predictable capacity through your busiest hours.

When moving data, serving customers and running cloud applications are central to your operation, committed access bandwidth gives you a defined foundation to build on.

A dedicated leased line brings symmetrical capacity together with specified support and restoration arrangements. Choose it around the demands of your work and the impact of interruption.

Send as confidently as you receive

Symmetrical bandwidth supports large uploads, cloud backups and collaboration with clients and other sites.

Support simultaneous demand

Give busy teams dedicated bandwidth for calls, video and cloud applications running at the same time.

Keep sites and applications connected

Connect a headquarters or busy operational site to the cloud services and wider business it depends on.

Specialist help behind the connection

Bring faults and service changes to Infinitel. The individual service agreement sets out the support and restoration commitments.

Buy the bandwidth you need. Plan room to grow.

Committed bandwidth is the capacity of the service you buy. Bearer capacity describes the underlying connection. Keeping those figures separate makes proposals easier to compare.

A larger bearer can leave headroom for a future bandwidth upgrade. Availability, equipment and commercial terms still determine the upgrade that can be supplied.

1 Gbps bearer capacityThe example service provides 100 Mbps in each direction.

The right route into your premises.

Dedicated describes the service. Fibre and point-to-point wireless are ways to deliver it.

Dedicated fibre

A fixed fibre route into your premises can support dedicated internet access for a busy office, operational site or headquarters.

Committed upload and download capacity gives the site a predictable access service for cloud applications and large transfers.

Wireless leased lines

A point-to-point wireless link can provide an alternative where network coverage and the site are suitable. It may also be relevant when planning a different access route for resilience.

A different access technology can be useful as a primary service or backup. Its independence from the main route matters as much as using a different supplier.

Know what you’re buying

Compare committed bandwidth and bearer capacity alongside the access type, equipment, fixed addressing and support. Your quote shows recurring and installation charges, the contract term and any survey or construction dependencies.

Keep essential work connected

An additional connection can keep priority traffic moving while the primary service is unavailable. Useful resilience depends on separate access paths, equipment, power and enough backup capacity.

Support that stays with you

Bring dedicated access, business calling and multi-site connections to one Infinitel team. Your organisation has a clear specialist contact for the supplied services as demand grows.

Your questions, answered.

What does dedicated internet access provide?

A dedicated leased line provides committed access bandwidth for your business, with symmetrical upload and download capacity and a defined service specification. The internet destinations you use, your local network and your equipment also affect application performance.

What is the difference between bandwidth and bearer capacity?

Committed bandwidth is the service capacity you buy. The bearer is the underlying connection’s capacity. For example, a 100 Mbps service on a 1 Gbps bearer still provides 100 Mbps of committed bandwidth; the larger bearer can leave room for a later upgrade, subject to the available service and a revised agreement.

Can I get dedicated connectivity without a fibre installation?

A point-to-point wireless leased line can provide another access route where coverage and line of sight allow. It needs suitable rooftop access and equipment. Fibre installation can require a survey, landlord permissions and construction; neither option has a universal delivery time.

Is Ethernet over FTTP a dedicated leased line?

Some enhanced services use FTTP access with additional bandwidth or support commitments. The product name alone does not establish a traditional dedicated circuit. Compare committed capacity, maximum rates, the access arrangement and support terms. Infinitel confirms the actual specification in its proposal.

When are the price and installation date confirmed?

Your quotation confirms the proposed service, contract, installation and support. Delivery can depend on survey findings, building access, landlord permissions and construction work. Infinitel will confirm these details with you and set out the charges for the complete service.
