Why owning the network matters to you.

Owning the core network gives us something we can pass on to every customer: control. Here is what that control means for you.

Quality we control.

We monitor and manage every stage of the call path on our own network, including at your busiest hours, so the people who run it look after your call quality.

One accountable team.

Our engineers see the whole path, from your phone system to the far end of the call. One team looks after your service from end to end and supports you directly.

Service levels we can stand behind.

We write response and repair targets into your agreement because we control the infrastructure they depend on. If we miss a repair target, you receive service credits of one to five days’ monthly fee.

For managed 3CX: one platform, one network.

Your 3CX system is hosted directly on our network, and our SIP trunks connect through our own core. The 3CX virtual machines run on the same physical nodes as our SIP servers and supporting infrastructure, so your system and your calls share one path with one owner.

99.99% uptime SLA for managed 3CX hosting, subject to the applicable service agreement.

A local number wherever your customers are.

Give customers in 140+ countries a local or international number to call, and route every conversation back to the right team. Numbers, routing and your phone platform run as one service, on one account.

Our own main number, 0333 048 0000, sits on our own Ofcom-allocated range.

Moving to us is straightforward.

Keep the numbers people know.

Porting is free for UK numbers and many international ranges. Where a country or number type carries a charge, you’ll know before the port goes ahead. Our team plans the move and has your call routes ready before your numbers arrive.

Talk about keeping your numbers

Specialists who know voice.

Our engineers run your voice connection, numbers and routing, and work alongside your IT team and other suppliers until everything runs as one service.

How to start.

  1. Tell us about your calls.

Your phone system, your busiest periods and the countries you need.

  2. We design your service.

Capacity, numbers, routing and a continuity plan, with a clear price.

  3. We move you across.

We port your numbers and test your routes, and you go live on our network.

Your questions, answered.

Does rerouting keep us running if our office loses power or its line?

Rerouting covers the network side: calls can move to mobiles or another site. Power, equipment and a separate access route at your own sites still matter, and we help you plan for them.

Can we use the Infinitel network with our current phone system?

Yes. Any compatible PBX can connect over SIP trunking. You can also move to managed 3CX, or bring external calling into Microsoft Teams through Direct Routing.

Do number locations match your data-centre locations?

No. We offer numbers in 140+ countries, whether or not we have a data centre there. What’s available depends on the country and number type.

Can we have business numbers in other countries?

Yes. We provide local and international numbers in 140+ countries. What each number can do (local calling, full replacement of your existing lines and emergency-service access) varies by country and number type, and we confirm it for every number before you order.

How do you keep our business reachable?

We build it in. The network is geo-redundant across seven data centres, and we set up alternative routes and destinations for your important calls. Your own sites’ power and connections are part of the plan too, so we cover them with you when we design the service.

How quickly do you respond to a fault?

On our voice services, we respond within 15 minutes to business-critical faults, with a 4-hour repair target. 24/7 cover for business-critical faults. Service credits apply if we miss a repair target. Internet services follow the support terms of the connection you choose.

How long does porting take?

Typically 7 to 15 or more business days, depending on the type of port and the region. We agree the date with you and handle the move.

Tell us how your business calls today. We’ll show you what our network changes for you, and what it costs.
