Access choice, with practical support.

Bring access, router, care and backup choices together around each customer's site through one wholesale relationship.

Managed MikroTik business router options

Managed MikroTik router options.

Make the right connection easy to choose.

Start with the way the customer works: everyday cloud access, busy video meetings, large uploads or a site where downtime carries a serious cost. We’ll help you compare the options available at the premises.

SoGEA broadband

Provide shared internet access for everyday cloud tools and collaboration without a separate traditional phone-line rental. The final connection uses the copper access pair, so distance and line quality affect performance.

Full fibre (FTTP)

Bring fibre into the premises for teams sharing cloud applications, calls and video. A range of upload and download options lets you balance the customer’s workload and budget without moving straight to a dedicated circuit.

Ethernet and leased lines

Offer dedicated, symmetrical capacity for busy offices, large file transfers and critical applications. Dedicated bandwidth and the selected service commitments give demanding customers a meaningful step up from shared broadband.

Complete the service around the circuit.

The access product sets the foundation. Care, equipment and backup shape the day-to-day service, the support available and the continuity options your customer can use.

Care that reflects the working day

Broadband care options provide different fault-handling targets, while traffic-priority options are available on selected services. Match the care level to the customer’s dependence on the connection; the choices and costs vary by carrier and product.

Equipment that fits your delivery model

Supply your own suitable router or choose a fully managed MikroTik router from Infinitel. Add the equipment expertise your team needs while retaining control over the wider customer network.

A backup with a clear purpose

Keep priority work moving with an alternative connection and a planned switchover. We help you combine access routes, switching equipment and backup capacity around the customer’s essential applications; working power and route diversity remain part of the design.

One wholesale relationship. Different sites, different answers.

Build a consistent customer relationship across every location, while choosing the access, equipment and care that each site genuinely needs.

Everyday offices

Combine broadband and a suitable router for cloud applications, calling and collaboration. Keep the offer accessible for smaller sites without leaving equipment and service care as afterthoughts.

Demanding locations

Bring dedicated capacity and a backup option to sites with heavy uploads, busy teams or a high cost of downtime. Explain what stays connected during an outage and what the additional service costs.

Multi-site customers

Use different carriers and access products across branches while your business remains the customer’s point of contact. Infinitel’s team helps you compare options and support the connections you sell.

Choosing a wholesale connectivity offer.

What to compare before you quote a circuit, care option, router or backup connection.

Can we choose between carriers?

Yes. Our wider portfolio spans national carriers and alternative fibre networks. BT Wholesale, Vodafone, Faster Britain and CityFibre are examples within the offer, not the complete portfolio. The available supplier, underlying network and access product are confirmed for each site; Ethernet and some fibre installations also have survey requirements. Share the customer’s site with our partner team for a current comparison.

What costs should our customer proposal include?

Include the access service, installation, selected care level and equipment, plus any backup connection. Surveys can identify additional construction or access work. The partner team supplies current pricing and the relevant service commitments before you make a customer offer.

Can we use our own equipment?

Yes. You can supply suitable routers or buy a managed MikroTik router from Infinitel. Choose the approach that complements your team’s expertise, the connection performance and any backup design.

How do service-care options differ across connections?

Care options provide different response targets and, on selected products, traffic priority. Infinitel helps you match the available care to the customer’s working day. Choices vary by carrier and access product; shared broadband remains distinct from dedicated Ethernet, and continuity needs its own backup design.

Bring us the postcode. Build the right offer.

Compare current wholesale pricing across the available carriers, then add the equipment, care and backup options that make sense for the customer’s business.

It’s free to become an Infinitel partner, with no minimum commitment or sales forecast. Ask our partner team for current service pricing.
