More room for the working day.

Shared documents, video meetings, online systems and customer calls all depend on your connection. The right broadband gives those everyday activities the capacity to work together.

We help you balance performance and cost around simultaneous demand. A small creative team moving large files can need more upload capacity than a much larger office.

Responsive cloud tools

Give your team capacity for shared files, browser applications and online business systems.

Clear collaboration

Give colleagues room to call and meet at the same time without crowding out everyday work.

Useful upload capacity

Send large files and run backups without choosing a package on download speed alone.

A connected workplace

Keep staff devices and guest access connected through the busiest part of the day.

Choose broadband for the way you work.

FTTP and SoGEA bring internet access into the business in different ways. The right choice balances available performance with cost.

Full-fibre FTTP

Fibre runs all the way into the premises, removing the copper final section. It gives businesses a choice of higher-capacity packages where the network is available.

Upload speeds vary between products. Some are symmetrical; others provide a higher download rate. FTTP broadband remains distinct from a dedicated leased line.

SoGEA broadband

Where offered, SoGEA uses fibre to the cabinet and copper for the final connection. Line length and condition influence the estimates available at your address.

It provides broadband without a traditional analogue telephone service. Add an internet-based voice service for business calls and numbers.

Available networks, packages and installation options vary by premises. Planned coverage and waiting-list results need further confirmation.

Look at the complete connection.

Download speed matters. So do uploads, the equipment inside your building and the support around the service.

Bring useful Wi-Fi coverage, wired access and business calling together with Infinitel. Fixed IPs and backup are additional options where your applications need them; the quote identifies the equipment and services included.

Package limits

The maximum rates of a product. They are different from a measured speed at every device.

Line estimates

An expected range for the premises where supplied. Useful for comparing access on a copper final section.

Your local network

Router capability, Wi-Fi, cabling and simultaneous users can all affect the experience.

A clearer move to your next connection.

Give a growing team more capacity or bring a new workplace online, with Infinitel coordinating the connection. One specialist provider can bring broadband and your business phone service together through the move.

Keep essential work connected with service overlap, interim access or backup where available. These can add costs; your proposal shows the installation, equipment, contract and support included.

Your questions, answered.

What is full-fibre FTTP broadband?

Fibre to the premises carries the connection into your building over fibre, without a copper final section. It can provide substantial download and upload capacity. The packages available, upload profile and installation requirements depend on the premises and network.

What do the download and upload figures mean?

Download covers data coming to you, such as cloud content and files. Upload covers data you send, including backups, video and large files. An estimated range describes expected line performance; a package limit describes the product’s maximum rate. Neither is a promise of the speed of every application or Wi-Fi device.

Does broadband include a business phone service?

Broadband and business calling are separate services. Add Managed 3CX or another Infinitel voice service for calls, numbers and customer queues, with one provider supporting both the connection and phone system.

When should I consider a dedicated leased line?

Consider dedicated connectivity when committed bandwidth, strong upload capacity and specific service commitments matter to your operation. The decision depends on your applications and the impact of disruption, rather than headcount alone. Ask Infinitel to compare broadband and dedicated options for your premises.
