The chat button on our site is provided by our own 3CX phone system. When you start a chat, your browser stores a session reference so the conversation continues as you move between pages; it is cleared when the chat ends. A small flag also remembers that the chat greeting has been shown. Neither is used for advertising or to track you across other websites. These are browser storage entries rather than cookies, and the entries below describe them.

The online connectivity checker is currently disabled and does not set a cookie. The entry below describes its session cookie. It contains a random identifier; installation addresses and connection results are held separately on our server. Our team can still check availability when you send an enquiry.
